No one hot sauce is good for everything. For Buffalo wing sauce, Frank’s is the only way to go. For clean heat, Original Tabasco is best in my opinion.

Cholula is everywhere around here...heavy hispanic population; you can tell it gets used, because most of the bottles are close to empty.

I've been too chicken to give it a try.
