Maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. The "Michelle Bombshell," I'm talking about. You know the one, the rumored tape no one has seen, in which Michelle Obama is purported to rant about the evils of "Whitey." Well, whether or not it exists, the DUmmies and KOmmies are very much exercised about it. They have posted on multitudinous threads, with varying degrees of flame-ation. Most think the tape doesn't exist, and are angry that anyone even brings up the subject. They accuse each other of "concern trolling" (a new term to me), meaning that when someone posts a thread saying they are "concerned" about this, that is just a subtle means of trolling to spread the rumor. They say it's Hillary's people who are spreading the rumor. They say it's Republicans who are spreading the rumor. They throw around the "racism" tag. They debate Ebonics and whether blacks even say "Whitey" any more.
They also try to discredit the rumor by saying Michelle just said "Why'd he. . ." and not "Whitey." But even there they miss the point. Let me explain. One version I've heard of the "Whitey" tape is as follows. Michelle is reported as saying: "Once again, the white man keeps us down. What's up with Whitey? Why'd he attack Iraq? Why'd he let Katrina happen? Why'd he leave millions of children behind? This is the legacy the white man gives us." So according to this version, Michelle says BOTH "Whitey" and "Why'd he." She puns on "Whitey" to lead into her "Why'd he" litany.
Well, that's a summary of the action over in DUmmieland and KOmmieland, and I don't have time to do more than this mini-DUFU. But I will post now just a kouple of KOmmie komments, in Bolshevik Red, while the commentary of your time-limited humble guest correspondent, Charles Henrickson--adding a BONUS song parody at the end--is in the [Barackets]:
The worst part is that it is true that Whitey cut folks off Medicaid and Whitey let New Orleans drown and Whitey put us in Iraq for no reason, even if that is NOT what Michelle Obama said.
[So here is a KOmmie AGREEING with what Michelle MIGHT have said, in a tape that MIGHT NOT exist, a tape is supposed to be DAMAGING to Obama!]
Changing versions? Here's another inconsistency. The version I last heard about the tape was that Michelle also went off about the Katrina response. Hurricane Katrina happened in 2005. Now according to this post, the supposed taping was during Barack's 2004 Senate Campaign. What gives?
[Well, you see, Michelle knew in advance that "Whitey" Bush wouldn't do anything to PREVENT Katrina.]
OK, I admit that posting these two KOmmie KOmments was just an excuse to get to this new parody from yours truly, the wag tailoring the doggerel. Let's pretend there actually IS a Michelle Bombshell waiting to explode. You know, Michelle WAS steeped in the racist rhetoric of Rev. Wright, thus it DOES sound like something she COULD say.
