Archibald’s? I don’t get why that is considered so great. I was underwhelmed. Jim and Nicks is by far the best Ribs I have EVER had, and I’ve had quite a few.
I like the way they cook it, carmelized on the outside, chewy and mosit in the middle. NOt smoked, Texas style, but on an open pit.
And the sauce is the best I ever wrapped my mouth around.
But everybody is entitled to their own opinion, especially about barbecue.
