I have an idea.

Given that our deployed troops are effectively unable to vote (less than 6%, on average):

And we can’t expect Pentagon bureaucrats to do anything about this mess maybe we can. Somehow, it must be possible to pry a list of deployed personnel and their hometowns from the Pentagon, then post it. I know my local
Elections Supervisor knows that I am watching how her office performs in the processing of absentee ballots from the troops. People from every County in the Country could be culling out lists of locals and seeing to it that those personnel are getting their ballots, and seeing to it that they are returned and counted.

This could energize people in every single District in the Nation. We could start this up as a Tampa Bay area effort and see if we can get the ball rolling. Whaddaya think?
