I found this while looking for some flat iron bar stock. It's on the Centaur Forge webpages. The date it was posted isn't noted, but I found it an interesting read on this Memorial Day.

Dear Centaur Forge Customers and Friends –

Thank you for your support over the last year during my deployment to Iraq. < snip for excerpt >

I can truly tell you that within my year deployment, I witnessed many actions from our troops that would make you proud of our young men and women serving in the military. It is remarkable to think that young “twenty-something” individuals are empowered in making key decisions that influence both Iraq and the “Global War on Terrorism” effort.

During my year I saw the conditions within Iraq improve drastically. From the elections to the improvement of the Iraqi Security Forces (both Army and Police), the country is improving. I was never prouder than when Iraqi citizens continually thanked us for their right to vote. < snip >

Major Ernest Litynski
President, Centaur Forge

What a contrast to what is reported by the MSM. Please visit the webpage for the rest of the letter.

Thank you for your service and God bless you Major Litynski! And God bless each and everyone of our men and women in the military Past, Present and Future.

Looking around the Centaur Forge webpages some more I found a REALLY GREAT image and commentary diary by Major Litynski HERE in PDF

The original letter is on the "about us" page.

In case anyone is wondering why I was visiting the pages, it's because I'm modding my Dodge Durango. The concept is to evoke images of an old west wagon/stagecoach. I plan on using bar stock to make the outside edge of running boards and inlay oak or cedar for the step.

A custom styled roof rack is planned as well. There used to be a place here in Pittsburgh where I could buy metal cutoffs...IIRC "Williams House of Metals" but when I went there the other day it seemed they weren't servicing small quantities/general public anymore.

Be that as it may I'm printing the pdf file out to pass around the 'Rat infested local watering hole where I seem to be the only one who supports the troops, the war and in essence, our country as it was founded.

A kid named Lizzie Palmer put this YouTube clip together. She is 15 years old.

If a 15 year old can get it, why can't the MSM?
