Okay, here is the latest on the money saving front as per the earlier DUFU edition about DUmmies being unable to bargain shop... Two days ago I picked up 4 large supreme DiGiorno frozen pizzas. Just $1.50 each. In the supermarket they sell for $6.89 each. Also picked up more honeydew melons and mini watermellons for just a buck each. Oh, and I found out that if you freeze milk close to the expiration date and thaw out later, the taste is unchanged. And I bought several half gallons of that organic whole milk for just a buck per half-gallon. Also at the indoor Farmer's Market.
Will look for more goodies there tomorrow.

This is just his reply in a thread but it is long enough for a DUFU. If Pitt has something long-winded and pontificating to say--well, let's shorten that to, If Pitt has something to say--his ego is such that he generally doesn't post it on someone else's thread but makes it into a patented Pitt essay-thread of his own. Maybe he will develop this post into such an essay.

It's ALWAYS all about Will.

There is a huge war in the party for control *of* the party. There is a huge war in DUmmieland for control *of* DUmmieland. Can the erstwhile Pied Piper® regain his stature as leader of the pack? Or will Fitzmas forever consign the Magic Man™ to the Ash-heap of history?

The DLC folks will still have keys to the washroom, Clinton and her husband and their crew will still pretty much be running shit in the party, and President Obama won't screw with that until late into his second term, afer wisely taking time to learn how that shit works, where the landmines are, and why being the leader of the world's most powerful nation plus a dime won't get you coffee at Starbucks if the sales associate happens to be a PA delegate, or a MI delegate who had to stand during the whole goddam convention. One sentence!

Teddy earned the right to throw some elbows. . . . Teddy earned the right, in spades. Notice how Wee Willie here, at a time when Teddy's diagnosis dominates the news and generates sympathy--how Wee Willie has aligned himself with Teddy, as a political insider from Boston, as an unabashed liberal, glomming onto the attendant glow and glory.
