It’s rather like McDonalds announcing a new hamburger. If one loves fast food this might be great news but if one prefers something with taste they’re not likely to try it.
Sam Adams has some very good brews, Molson Ale used to be good, haven’t tried it in the past few years.
Budweiser has excellent marketing for a bland product and I see no reason to suppose their “Ale” is going to be anything better.

Back in the 70s, Rainier put out an ale in a green bottle. The ale was so amber it was almost orange and smelled like awamp water, but by God, it was good! One quart of that stuff knocked me out for hours. As I got older it gave me headaches, so I had to quit.

It got some awards as it was then one of two ales that were closest to the Medieval method of brewing. Don't think they make it any more.
