So if Bill Clinton was our first black president based on various things, considering all McCain has done so far to bolster the amnesty fight, I think that would make him our first mexican president.

Would McCain be the first Mexican president? I thought Ronald Reagan was.
And the first Arab. Osama is only 6.5% black. Yet everyone calls him black. Strange, I’ll bet most Klan guys down south are more than 6.5% Amerian Indian.

You don’t control a border with amnesty. That’s how you sweep it under the rug. Reagan knew this and even called that part of the bill what it was; amnesty. But if it weren’t for the border security measures, he wouldn’t have signed the bill. Too bad, those parts of the bill were ignored.
You can blame Reagan for the 86 congress’s shortcomings. But I won’t.

The jury’s still out on that. I think it’s likely that he could be, but isn’t he(his administration) trying to get that wall built, trying to pass up environmental restrictions so that it gets done?
If the amnesty bill was bush/kennedy, there’d be no question. But it’s McCain’s bill. Bush sided with him until he heard from the american people.

My vote goes to Bush being the first Mexican President. He gives lip service about securing the border, and he still promotes that the illegals are the back bone of America by doing jobs that Americans don’t want to do.
