PING!
Top whatever.
Even when he’s right he’s wrong...
Is it just me or does this "question" go unasked by WeeWillie? It makes no sense, has no point and takes the reader nowhere.
The beer mug is always half full with William.Rivers.Pitt.

William Rivers Pitt is in favor of overly long political gibber-jabber? Who’da thunk it?
Sounds like precisely what the superdelagates are about.
Anyway, this is odd - just yesterday I was wondering what Wilie was up to. :-)
Glad he sobered up ...
At least the "always-wrong punditry" was talking about the race, as opposed to the always-drunk punditry that opted to sit it out until everyone but Hillary knew it was over.
When was the last time you can remember so many people, (blah, blah, blah) whose absence from the polls tends to directly affect their lives, almost always to their deficit, with much more immediacy than in other blocs of voters.
Minor point.... the over and incorrect use of 'affect', instead of the proper and under used, 'effect'. Willie should know better as a (cough) 'professional writer'.
Especially since Willie's screed is about voting, which does directly have an Effect on their lives.
Effect:
1) Something brought about by a cause or agent; a result
2) The power to produce an outcome or achieve a result; influence: The drug had an immediate effect on the pain. The government's action had no effect on the trade imbalance. Now if the act of Voting doesn't fit the above, nothing does.
Again, minor point. I just don't think I've seen 'effect' in a news article is eons. It's always 'affect'.
Nothing's swinging right in November. It's going to swing left or FAR left.
Translation: Let's hope it's still dominating the news come Monday, so nobody notices the Fitzmas anniversary.
Translation: I'm maintaining my neutrality and putting a positive spin on things, so I can hook onto someone's campaign staff.
Translation: My chances of catching onto a campaign staff are even fainter than Hillary's odds of winning the nomination, but just in case. . . .
This could be series.
Is that you, benburch?
What about ME?!? Why can't I be a pundit?! I, William Rivers Pitt--I am smarter than ALL OF THEM!!!
