There’s a principle in science known as Occam’s Razor. It states that all things being equal, the simplest solution is usually the best solution (the original statement was in Latin, but this will do).
My favorite Kennedy assassination conspiracy comes from Robert Anton Wilson’s books “The Illuminatus Trilogy.”
The simplest solution is that a disgruntled Communist who was also a marksman got off three good shots from a solid vantage point above his target, a well-known Communist hater.
I’ve had similar good luck with caribou from the same distance and vantage point with my 30-06.
Of course, conspiracies are a lot of fun to think about. Many movies and television series have been made constructing all sorts of conspiracies, many of which were great fun to watch. People like to imagine there are great forces arrayed against them, whether it’s demons, the gods, the Bilderburgers, the CIA, the oil companies, or whatever.
In the real world, though, people - and especially those who like to organize politically and philosophically - love to talk and write about their dreams and ideas. Lenin, Hitler, the Frankfurt School, Mao, Pol Pot, Antonio Gramscii, and many others who liked to operate with counterinsurgencies and espionage boldly wrote about their plans and ideas. If there was a group out to kill Kennedy, I’d expect they would simply state it - like Castro did - or they’d have a monthly magazine.
Otherwise, if the assassination happened today, there would be so much proof that Oswald was the guy who pulled the trigger that all of this conspiracy stuff would be stillborn, not to mention that fact that Dan Rather’s mythical classroom cheering for Kennedy’s death would also be outed as a fraud.
Maybe we should start searching for some clues!
whose they? and what he hell is an aluminum falcon?
Ugh ... I clicked on the link and now I feel dirty.
Since as a caller to a late night am radio show once “proved” Kennedy actually shot himself, he had it all worked out but alas I cannot recall the details, I’m sure the internet wouldn’t have stopped him.
God I love late night am radio...............
I didn’t read the article, do they mean the same way the internet stopped the 9-11 conspiracy? Which was indeed, a conspiracy.
