Aid to any dictatorship
Aid to any socialist/communist countries
I’d cut everything and give 30 days notice to all welfare recipients to find a job.
How about any group that has claimed “refugee” status for more than a few years? At some point, you’re not a refugee any more. You’ve either made a new life for yourself in a new place or you’re a deadbeat squatter or you’ve gone home, but you’re not a “refugee.”
