He’s just off by a little bit. Oil Industry profit margins are more like 8% across the board. And Microsoft only my a 27.5% profit, not 33%.

For most of 2007, those oil/gas profits are 8.7%, taxes about double.

It’s called activism. Limbaugh has a radio show, I have a computer and printer.
There’s a difference between inaccuracies and lies. Lies are intentional deceptions, and there’s none of that here. I used what data I could find at the time.

But while we can not drill there, Mexico, Cuba, and China are.

Yeah, but we can at least hope that the republicans will do right on this subject in the future.

You seem to forget Senators Olympia Snowe (R) Maine and Susie Collins (R) Maine. both have never voted for a new refinery, a new oil well, a new nuclear power plant, a new anything that would help, but both support telling me what kind of light bulb I MUST use.
It is not just the democrats it is both the Republicans and the Democrats.
