Don't play 'Tibet card' as game gets dangerous

SOMEWHERE in the world, there must be a humane way to check violence and terror.

Otherwise, how could there be an uproar of condemnations and calls for restraint when China quieted down the riot in Lhasa with just limited tear gas and warning gun shots? The peaceful Chinese just trying to help those lost, enslaved Tibetans. How horrible of us to be critical. Read on, this gets good. I really wonder what world these people live in. OH wait. I know, I live there

A good blog. Very interesting. The ChiComs truly will say and do anything to have their way and cover up how they did it.

Oh, is that you? Did you really say all those things to your student’s or are you making a hypothetical conversation based on the things they say to you?

If your speaking about what I wrote as my comments in the story then Yes I spoke most of that to my students. However I was a little bit more diplomatic about it. We do have very lively discussions in my class. Most of my students are older and highly educated. Some have PHDs and most have at least a Masters Degree. It is very are for any of them to get upset with me. I guess when Moa’s boys knock on my door and escort me to the airport then I will know I have pissed someone off.

Very interesting. Your site fails to mention that the protest started peaceful and only turned violent when the Chinese Police(ARMY) came in and attacked the rioters. I have seen your peaceful police in person. I saw them beat a nun to death in Xi’an. On the same day the injured many other nuns. One none lost her eye site because of your peaceful police. Since 1951 the Chinese have murdered, raped, and tried to destroy the Tibetan people and their culture. No Chinese person can complain to me about Japan and Nanking when what the Chinese have done to Tibet is much worse. Open your eyes. Your government is evil. Just think, if China had not attacked and subjugated the peaceful people of Tibet then there would be no protest for us to talk about. No deaths for us to talk about. Friend, I live in China. I have lived in China for a long time. I see what happens everyday. Your lies and half truths will not play with me or with anything on my site.

I certainly hope that doesn’t happen. I was wondering how old the students were. I was thinking maybe high school but apparently a few years older than that. Amazing how well indoctrinated they are. An interesting exchange you have going there.
