They hate all life, including their own. That is the end result of 40 years of socialist brainwashing.
The funny thing is, while they hate others’ lives, it’s my observation that the left generally does love life. They always like living well themselves, but are rather loathe to sacrifice anything personally in that pursuit.
I’ve always thought that leftists are supremely selfish—which is why they want government to take care of people...ostensibly so they themselves don’t have to.
