Sure, you get some guy in India with a script, who can’t understand you while you sure as heck can’t understand him and the two of you them proceed to waste valuable time trying to communicate without deviating from his script. Disclaimer...In the interest of fairness and balance, I must report that I am a computer illiterate, so scripted questions mean nothing to me and my less than computer savvy answers only add to the confusion. lol That said...
I had one one night who finally in exasperation said to me “I pass you on”. Where I was passed to wasn’t much better and that one had the audacity to ask if I needed anything else and had he helped me? I just laughed, said goodnight and hung up.
Then I called my personal tech support person, my husband who was traveling on business at the time. He talked me through fixing it no problem. Of course he speaks my language. ;)
