I think we all want to know if something we post is the truth, or valid. And as they say, “Just because you read it on the Internet, doesn't make it true!” Nothing wrong with being a cynical, suspicious, paranoid bastard, (Not unlike myself!)

LOL!

My daughter STILL believes what she sees on TV, reads in the paper or on the ‘net is gospel. And if it’s in a magazine, (like People) she quotes from it.

Her dad must be rolling over in his grave to see her actions! He was SUCH a consertive, suspicious, paranoid bestid...

Thankfully, God gave me a rather analytical mind, a little bit of logic, and a smattering of curiosity, so for the most part, I take everything with a grain of salt.

And I’m not easily fooled by what I see, hear or read. But I will listen quietly and form my own opinion, and if necessary, dig for facts.

And some days, when I get email that’s “interesting,” I post it, and if the UTers want to check it with Snopes, that’s OK. I take all things at face value, and don’t worry about it.
