Or that we don’t know enough to come in out of the rain? Why on earth would anyone want to come in out of the rain??? It feels wonderful to turn one's face up to the gentle rain, with it gently kissing one's face (and then, after having rendered one's glasses useless, gently and softly dripping from one's beard onto one's rain shell -- speaking strictly from this one's perspective, mind you *\;-).
