Oh, chan eil. 'Twas merely "The Language of the Garden of Eden" being expressed.
I do have to say I've spent decades with marginal knowledge of both German and Spanish, amplified by a year of Latin, but several years of classes in Scottish Gaelic have not only been a delight in and of themselves, they've taught me far more about "language" than I ever knew.

I had a few years of French in school, and bits of Spanish and German but it is all fading from disuse.

I never got to keep a mud pit at my house when I was a kid, when had to use the one at the end of the block next to the wild raspberry patch. It was next to the girl scout house.

We have “Sunday School” on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Large congregation, small building.
Spanish choir practice used to be Wednesday and Friday, but right now everyone can practice on Wednesday, who really doesn’t like Spanish music much at all. Weight Watchers is on Thursday.
Tomorrow is the Girl Scouts’ final meeting for the spring, and I need to get them all their awards.

Girl Scouts aren’t usually found in the mud. Cub Scouts, on the other hand ...

I never did see them down near the mud. They occasionally went for the raspberries but you had to go into the patch to get the best ones. This was on the coast of Washington so rain was common. 1989 was also a good YEAR. It was the year I got my current job. I have been through three major mergers and I was divested (sold)to a different company. Next year I will have 5 weeks paid vaction.

Wow! I got divorced in 1989! LOL!
I’m back. I had to run some errands this morning, so I couldn’t join in the fun. *snort* Now, I’m all work out, and will stay in for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow, I have no plans other than to lay low and pretend I’m not here. ;o]

I’m back from the Girl Scout store, and have an hour before I have to leave for Sunday School. I’m thinking of going out to dig up my canteloupe plot. Wednesday is calling me rude names again, even though she has food.

Good Morning!
Went from blazing hot to chilly cold....I made the mistake of only wearing my vest and long sleeve shirt for the ride in this morning...wasn’t expecting to get rained on.

It’s warmed up to the 50’s here. Okay with a sweatshirt on. I’ll put on a skirt to go to church, now I’m off to dig!

You can grow canteloupes there? I tried the last few years and they didn’t come out right.

Hiya! Golly...I’d think strapping a rain poncho to your bike would be a good way to get out of the rain...but don’t take MY word for it: I haven’t had coffee, yet...
