Oy! Is it online? If so, I can probably find something for her!

I meant to post this to Tax-chick in response to something she posted to me after I posted to her so it this dosenât make a lick of sense that I posted this to you unless you are reading the post that other posters post to each other, but it can also so show that I have a skewed understanding of sesquipedalianisms or perhaps maybe include it to describe a group of short words in a unusually long sentence.

I checked a book out of the library and it was said to have contained three volumes on the Civil War. (3” thick!) I was engrossed in the text, the photos and the style of writing, when, on turning a page, a photo stared me in the eyes.
It was Stand Watie. I will read about him tonight. I would have done it sooner, but I wanted to let you know that I had “met” him, and that I was about to read how he fit into the Civil War.
I’ll keep you posted! (How are things going with your sister’s [?] papers?)

All of a sudden, I’m tired. My eyes keep wanting to close, and my mouth keeps wanting to yawn. I can take a hint. I’m going to bed!
See y’all tomorrow!

Ooooh, cool! It was way more than "cool"! I'll forego telling how we became friends other than to say we first met as "leaders" (however each of us came to be there) of opposing forces in the church. Fortunately I'd been immersed for years in the consensus-building process, and here... it worked: the situation was resolved and our parish not only did not lose any parishioners, most who'd already left came back.

If you go by way of Hong Kong you can gain a day. Not when the beginning and ending day are in the same locale. But I sent my drafts off to the UK, and we'll see how they're received.

I’m pleased for your congregation, and your larger (pardon my uncertainty) ecclesial body. The more consensus-building we have, where the essentials are agreed upon, the better!

Good morning! Over an inch of rain last night, and more expected today. After last year’s drought, mud puddles are a beautiful sight ... until they arrive in the house, of course.

AH! I recognize the jars, but I can’t recall where we had them. I just know they are excellent toppings.
