Well, it’s Wednesday, after all. Did you see the article about the woman near Tampa who found an 8-ft alligator in her kitchen Monday night?

I agree. Puts a blight on the whole week.

In other news, Anoreth discovered that her economics teacher is using a different edition of “Basic Economics” from the one we own, and that’s why her questions this week didn’t make any sense. Our book doesn’t have the chapter he’s working from this week, so I just told her everything I knew, and she made up the rest :-).

"What news? What? Did something happen?"

Rush said all was going according to plan.

But when you're hoping for chaos, what can go wrong?

I think Tom used my copy of the Plan to line the snake’s cage. She’s about to shed again.

I went a semester without having a textbook in a college economics course. I got an A.

I saw that. How'd it go?

I got called a couple of years ago, fortunately only for the local district court. And they provided WiFi.

Didn't get seated. Lawyers don't like engineer jurors.

That’s why I put everything in the cupboard or fridge, well, except the stringy, tough, inedible “carrots” I got from the store, ugh.

It’s really not a difficult subject, when common sense is used.

They also have WiFi. I waited in the pool room all day and stopped and did one job on the way home.

I had a manager who was in the court when a lawyer was questioning a engineer. It was a drunk driving case and the lawyer was asking do you believe that we can design a machine that won't make a mistake? No mater what the lawyer said the engineer would come back with redundancy, parallel systems and won't not say we could not design a device that would not make mistakes. After about ten minuets the lawyer gave up and asked the next guy in the jury box which was my manager. What is your name and what do you do for a living? He said I fix the machine that he designed nodding toward the engineer. He was put on the jury.

*in Strongbad’s voice*

Here I come, back from the dead to..
*head rolls away, voice fading*
holy craaaaap..

Borrowing this machine since mine isn’t hooked back to the network yet.
Got done moving at the end of March, and still have lots of unpacking to do.

So I figured I’d better say something so nobody thinks I croaked.

Wait.

I’m undead, I can’t croak.

You moved? Where to? Why? When? I thought you had been trapped by the vicious recliner....good to see you’re still Undead! We’ve missed you!

It was merely a scratch.
The recliner has been chased off by the buzz saw claws of Kearen the Shredinator.

Moved three miles away from the previous place.
So I don’t have to worry about the landlord dropping sewer pipe sections into the basement while I’m sleeping prior to heading to work.

Problem is, I have to borrow this machine because mine isn’t yet hooked back up to the network.

Well, whatever the reason (and it’s none of my business, anyway) we’re glad you can at least let us know you’re still Undead and kicking.

Sorta.
I can post at the moment only because I am off tonight and this machine is unoccupied.
*sigh*

Mouse is backwards too.

Your mouse is backwards? Then how come we can read your text from left to right, just like always?
