“I doubt Huck or Romney will assign their delegates to Paul.”
Be funny if they did. Wonder when Paul will bite the dust?

Okay, dumb question from me but here it goes...have these early primaries always been open to non-Republicans or is this a new? That seems to have been he whole problem this open primaries.

“We must find a way to increase the number of informed voters.”
As you and I discussed - editor’s letters. Everybody reads them.

Agree with your post 100%.
Can’t figure it out at this point. Do I swear loyalty to Marx or embrace my inner Dhimmi or both?
And of course, I will no doubt need to learn Spanish and possibly Farsi.

Sorry, but I think we can all use a little levity, given today's news. Thank you for inadvertently providing it.

I don't know that they were all in it it together. A couple of the parties may have been. But each individually, supported a McCain victory for different reasons.
A month ago we were all talking about a brokered convention. And now, that quickly, it's all been decided.

"We cant keep doing this futile routine every four years."This is the most futile race I can recall, with the exception of the Dole campaign (Yes, I know Dole was more conservative than McCain, but he just didn't seem to have much chance of winning).

In my opinion, this is the bleakest moment for our country AND for conservatives, since before Reagan. I share your angst.
