Will the Romney people now be saying, “a vote for McCain is a vote for Huckabee”?
No matter how you look at it. Romney lost.

Rumors are circulating that the McCain campaign instructed their delegates to defect over to Mike Huckabee's side as to avoid a Romney victory. How do you all think this kind of politicking will play nationally?

What happened here was perfectly legal and pure, hard core politics. There is no doubt now...it is out in the open...that McCain will and is colluding with Huckabee to deny Rommney any success wherever he can.
I am hoping that most conservatives will be soured by this backroom political action that reeks of collusion and manipulation...and that it will backfire on them as conservatives vote against it...today.

although rumors abound regarding the McCain campaign's possible instruction to their delegates to switch to his side. McCain has learned well from his master, H. Clinton. The dark side is strong in this one.

Interesting. I was starting to thin Romney would win all the Caucuses but it wouldn’t help if McCain wins all the elections... However, if Romney is gonna turn things around and win California, as looks possible now, McCain’s got to stop Romney from winning every Caucus.
What this really means is all the campaigns are thoroughly in the hands of professional strategists. no more grass roots.

Looks like they might be working together to keep Romney out by splitting up the vote. It appears those that support Huckabee are propping up McCain in reality.

Where are the Mike “Open Borders for Jesus” Huckleberry supporters to explain this away? Dano1? Dane?
If this doesn’t make it obvious who McCain’s running mate will be, what does?

“But before Huckabees surprising turnaround at the convention, McCain delegates told FOX News they had been instructed by the campaign to throw their support to Huckabee.
McCain delegate John Vuolo said former Louisiana Gov. Buddy Roemer approached him and other McCain supporters at the convention and told them he had spoken to McCain, and that the best thing to do was to support Huckabee in the hope that Huckabee could beat Romney in this winner-take-all state.
That account could add fuel to Romneys claim that Huckabee is only undercutting his support base on Super Tuesday, and that a vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain. Thats a claim Huckabee has fiercely denied.”
McCain voters didn’t even wait for McCain to be voted off in that round, they switched early.

To you Huck-ster supporters...this jerk has made a deal to hand the nomination to McCain, dooming conservatism and the Republican party..

Anybody think McCain is NOT the back side of Hillary.... Not that Huckabee demonstrates he does not mind being USED.. Oh well he has shown the propensity to cry a good cry... I will feeeeellll enough compassion for him to send him a single tissue to wipe away his tears.
