They have been having discussions with a Russian whom we’ll call “T” for Translator. I read about that. Not sure I believe it. McCain is nuts, though. Of that I have no doubt. He's borderline psychotic.
The presiedency is something he thinks he's entitled to.

McCain is also the main reason we STILL don’t have a new fleet of aerial tankers yet, too.
Somehow he got into a vendetta with the USAF and Boeing (who got caught engaging in some shifty stuff with DOT procurement honchette Darlene Druyan - now residing in Club Fed).
McCain now seems to be pulling for AirBus to be given an “equal chance” for the tanker contract with Boeing.” –
