The new year is only a couple of weeks old. This is 2008 an election year, yet the MSM is already calling it over for several candidates. Among them Fred Thompson.
Why are they calling for him to drop out? It's because of his message. The only candidate that does not seem to have special interest backers or a huge war chest. One that speaks more common sense then the others and is smarter than the others.
Fred did not spend 2007 stomping the nation drumming up delegates. This is the reason the MSM and many so-called right/conservative pundits are against him. After a year of hub hub and blah blah, The real election campaigning begins and Fred came out swinging.
Going after Gov. Huckabee, and exposing many liberal progressive policies. Thompson is about to stir up the true conservatives. As the right wing extremists (called fox by the liberals) support Mitt, and Huck, along with McCain (Beltway Boys, Britt, Hannity, and Hugh Hewitt). They all say it's too late for Fred and he is fading fast. How can one fade when the race has only begun?
There are many more delegates to be one and I think Fred will get a good portion of these as he now begins to campaign. Will it be enough to stop the socialist in disguise, (the other republican nominees)? I am not sure but am hopeful.

I don’t know about the MSM, but if Fred doesn’t does not have a resounding win in S.C. it is time for him to pull out. Even after his (according to FRedheads) fantastic debate performance here is where he stands today:

Fred go no “bounce” from his so-called “thumping” of Huckabee. He is essential where he was before the debate and has been for some time.
Thompson might pull off an upset and win S.C. However, if he doesn’t, and by at least 5%, he needs to get out. It is time for realty to set in.
It is shaping up to be a McCain/Huckabee ticket. The sooner the squabbling ends, the sooner folks can throw their loser tantrums and then realize this is better than anything the Dems will put forward.

Yes let us bring Huckabee and McCain into power. The bridge to liberalism. It wasn’t just Fredheads who thought Fred did great it was everyone in the room. We are going to win SC Carolina and by God I’d rather have Hillary in office than McCain and the Huckabee. If Republicans reject the only conservative in the race outside of Hunter then they will rue the day. We will stay home and send the HuckaChrist a message.
As for Polls. You tell half the story. There are huge numbers of undecideds.

IF the final ticket is McCain/Huckabee, I think you will change your mind after you calm down and reflect on what you are saying. In the heat of battle is no time to make such pronouncements. Whatever, you have to do what you think best. You are a voter, and I can’t tell you what is right for you.
I do ask one favor though...don’t write things like “HuckaChrist” in your anger. If you want to put down Mike Huckabee, that is your right, but don’t use the Lord Jesus Christ in doing so. That is extremely offensive.

That is probably because it is already in that unnatural location. I have spent alot of time in and around the military, and I have never seen the the sense of such disgusting rhetoric.

If Fred doesn’t do well in South Carolina, he needs to show some of that “class” he is supposed to possess and get out of the race. He is the one that declared South Carolina to the his “line in the sand.” If that line is crossed (he is beaten), he needs to get out.
The sooner he does this, the sooner is adherents can get over being mad and act rationally. No insult intended.

The DB MSM built up his entrance into the campaign so they no candidate could have met the expectations. They did it for the specific reason so they could later make a story out of FRED’s decline. The surge began in Iowa. FRED won 3rd which they all expected McCain to win, so they proceeding to not even mention FRED’s name. When they did, they said there was a tie for 3rd, some even lied and said FRED came in 4th.
The DB MSM fear FRED the most because they know that a coalition of social, financial, and national security Conservatives would beat any candidate they put up! The MSM is working overtime to destroy that coalition by their push of the RINO’s in the contest.
MICHIGAN AND SOUTH CAROLINA HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TURN THIS THING AROUND. KNOCK OFF McCAIN IN MICHIGAN AND HUCKABEE AND McCAIN IN SOUTH CAROLINA..
