Most Americans recall all too well the turmoil and discord of the Clinton Presidency of 1992-2000. While in office, President Clinton fine tuned the art of issuing misleading, inaccurate and flat out false statements into a precise science.
The unvarnished truth is that President Clinton lied through his teeth, regularly and unashamedly.
Perjury and obstruction of justice eventually caught up with President Clinton, as he was ultimately stripped of his license to practice law and forbidden from arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court, at least temporarily.
Fifteen years after the Democrat ex-governor from Arkansas lied his way into the White House, the Republican party has its own silver tongued, double talking “bubba.”
That would be Mike Huckabee, another ex-governor from Arkansas who finds the truth devilishly elusive, or downright disgusting to be more precise.
Mike Huckabee has been caught in a real whopper, even by the standards for deceit set by Bill Clinton.
Apparently, Huckabee lied about having a degree in theology.

The mind boggles: An ordained Baptist pastor and first-tier presidential candidate lied about having a degree in theology! What in the hell is this nation coming to?
Even more distressing is Huckabee’s record while serving as the CEO of Arkansas. This governor raised taxes and encouraged illegal immigration, for heaven’s sake!
And now he is running as the candidate best suited to meet conservative expectations in 2008?
God, please, spare America and her people from another lying ex-governor from Arkansas in the Oval Office!
Make that “God, please, spare America and her people from another lying ex-governor from Arkansas, or female spouse thereof, in the Oval Office!”

Nope, studied both but got my degree in history which is not the same as either of those. You have chosen poorly, your position. I would advise you to find some high ground. You are at a grave disadvantage in that hole you’ve dug for yourself at the bottom of that hill. Maybe a quiet retreat would serve you better.

Huck DOES have extensive training in communication. When he chooses words to describe his experience he knows exactly what he's doing.
It was a deliberate, cold-blooded, premeditated lie.

Sorry, but the fact is I am sick of these guys who want to call themselves Republicans and run on our ticket and then espouse liberal cr@@. Just sick of it. Huckabee and Ron Paul running on a Republican ticket? They are not moderates either, they are not Republicans at all.
So if that is hate, so be it. But they siphon votes from decent Republican candidates and we wind up with somebody like McGovern. This has happened in the past during my lifetime and it just makes me mad.
If this creep wins I hope for a revolution in the convention.

I never heard that before! LOL Oh how I love huckleberrys. Used to pick them up at Mt. St. Helens and they made the very best huckleberry pies and jams. There were the lowland and highland huckleberrys....lowland’s were red, highland’s were blue....or the other way around....getting old requires one to be less than sure of one’s memories. LOL
Listen. Some people are in favor of Huckabee. When they hear someone call him a “creep” or “Huckster” and so on, are you winning them over to your argument? No, you’re alienating them, and they become more resolute in their support of Huckabee.
If you want to have an effective campaign against Huckabee, stick with the facts about his lousy record. Don’t denounce him for meaningless trivia about the nature of his college degree, denounce him for his position on ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, for his raising taxes, for his foolish “mercy” on dangerous prisoners. Stick with the facts, avoid name-calling, and those who currently support Huckabee may see the light and switch to another candidate ... like Hunter or Fred. Or even Romney.
So tell me where I can get a “Religion” Degree, or will that be too difficult. Show me a photo of a “Degree of Religion”.
Your failure to actually ask me a question and then to accuse me of not answering said non-existent question is telling me that you are not paying attention.
He brought this on himself. If he had any shame at all he'd withdraw from the race and retire to a cave in Arkansas to live out his days in anonymity.
