New FR poll indicates that support for Duncan Hunter of FR is fading away.. is it true or not?
I have always said that the support of FR members is critical to a grassroots campaign... Over the past several weeks FReepers have been split on Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter.. it appears by the current poll that many of those FReepers that were leaning toward Duncan Hunter are drifting toward Fred Thompson... Is this an accurate assessment or are there still Duncan Hunter supporters on FR?
TOWARD VICTORY !!

You should check the thread again to see who made the Zot before you claim that it was simply the “thin-skinned FRedheads”
The “high fives” the FRedbots were giving is all the evidence required to see who was responsible.
The site owner or the mods have the power to zot whomever they wish for whatever reason they wish. But the process usually begins with someone from the class of the easily-offended hitting “ABUSE”.
I’m fighting harder than ever, and I hope others will join me:

“BTW, beautiful kids...”
VERY beautiful kids.
And I have this feeling if the same thing was reported about Hunter, the abuse button would not have been pushed.
“But Ive just been amazed to see how the MSM is selecting our candidates.”
That burns me up. FoxNews seems to be mostly for RINO Rudy.
Let’s not let MSM win this time. We have a voice, too - calling talk shows, writing editor’s letters, bumper stickers, etc.
One of those votes for Duncan is mine...
On the contrary, Hunter is not fading, and will not drop from the race. He is still my only pick, and is the focus of all the spare time and spare cash that I can scrape up.
Didn't they used to call it phone banking?
Calling it a phone party doesn't make it fun just like calling RINOS conservatives doesn't make them one.
Not me. I’m voting my conscience and refuse to hold my nose during the primary.
Interesting.
I'm finding that interesting myself. My feelings are we NEED Hunter as POTUS, with Fred only as someone to think about. Rudy McRomey is not worth my effort to pull the lever.
It seems many DH supporters are reaching the Ron Paul level.
We need to spend our efforts on constructive conversation and education, not pouring glasses of Kool-Aid. We don't need to select the Duncan Hunter radio button in every poll without reading the question first.
I said a long time ago that Hunter would be a good VP pick for Fred if for no other reason than to make the effort to win California. It wouldn’t be a sure thing, but a favorite son on the ticket would certainly help.
Not me! Duncan Hunter just got my vote in the poll!
Unless, of course, you are politically connected.
That’s not a given.
I am sure Alan Keyes being in the debate was no accident. No matter what one says; you don’t walk into a scheduled debate and go on.
Frankly, I am quite tired of all the messups that are happening in the Republican debates. They are on purpose to make us divided; so the votes will not happen and the democraps will win. Divide and conquer.
Voters in TX proved in 2006 that they are constitutionally incapable of electing a write-in candidate when the Democrat easily took the former DeLay seat.
No friggin’ way. Fred Thompson is not Duncan Hunter. I will not settle for a man who will bore the general election voters with his Bob Dole persona. It is time we have a leader and Thompson is in no way that. Hunter is and never struggles to figure out where he stands and what to say.
Frankly, Fred Thompson, for being an actor, is really not a ‘showman’. No looks, dull personality and has shown he can stumble over himself without his script. His health will be a major issue in the general election as well. They will successfully make him Bob Dole II. He’s doing his best to play Hunter, did alright in the last debate but the man is not one to rely on. Hunter is solid through and through.
Not too old but I fear it will be TOO LATE for our country. We cannot afford to have anyone else’s ‘leadership’ at this time.
