There is possibly lots of drug money to be given to libertarian leaning candidates.
They tend to support no laws against recreational drugs and that might be impressive to the drug lords and drug abusers.

That right there gets you millions IMO.

That is one of the most illogical arguments I have ever seen. The big money is in drugs because they are illegal. The drug lords will be giving their money to the candidates that want to keep the status quo.

decriminalizing drugs immedaitely puts “drug lords” in competition with phizer, merc and johnson and johnson.

Bob the drug lord would be out of work immediately, and violent drug crimes would immediately become equal to violent cigarette crimes.

Please reconsider, or perhaps i should say, consider your position.

Also to pitch in here. Im a long time conservative, and i donated to Paul, I’ll be voting for him as well in the primary(Texas)

We won the Iraq war 12 months ago guys. Hanging out there, wearing out our welcome is a waste of life and treasure.

I understand your cynicism, i really do, but if you feel obligated to vote for a small government, free-market, pro-life, liberty first candidate then you really only have one choice.

You have it exactly backwards. If the libertarian goal of legalization of drugs were to become reality, drug lords would lose all of their power and fortunes. They have power and fortune for one reason and one reason only: drugs are illegal. Drug lords most certainly support Republicans monetarily and otherwise. Remember Mena?
