Translation Help Requested

I recently wanted to translate the term "La Raza" from Spanish to English. Utilizing Google Translation and utilizing the mentioned phrase "La Raza", Spanish to English translation I get "La Raza=La Raza". I tried numerous times but always got the same response. I did a Google tranlation from English to Spanish utilizing the phrase "The Race" and immediately got the response "La Raza". Babblefish translation provides La Raza=The Race in their Spanish to English translation.

Did I mess up or is Google translation being PC?

Don’t capitalize the letters in La Raza and see what happens in Google.

You did/do alright, it IS "The Race", though I didn't need translation for the racist 'La Raza'...
