Thanks SS. I did not get a chance to listen yesterday, so I will do so tonight.
If anyone missed the show last night, I highly, highly encourage you all take a listen. It is available on demand. SierraScrapper and Tim had outstanding information on grassrooting!
Ah! I forgot to say, RasterMaster stopped in to say hi! Stay tuned in for the Rasta’ and his interview!
“Ah! I forgot to say, RasterMaster stopped in to say hi! Stay tuned in for the Rasta and his interview!”
I heard it, and RasterMaster done good.
I listened to most of the show, and was glad to hear that Brownback supporters were invited to join the Hunter team (I’m paraphrasing.)
Both Brownback and Hunter are such strong prolifer and values candidates, and if I may make a request, I wish you tell listeners why Brownback supporters would like Hunter on one of your shows.
Here’s my brief take:
While most of the Republican presidential candidates are pro-life to one degree or another, and some have perfect or near perfect pro-life voting records, I feel that Senator Sam Brownback and Congressman Duncan Hunter have the highest commitment to the pro-life cause, from conception to natural death.
While listening on EWTN radio, I heard both Sam Brownback and Duncan Hunter speak at the pro-life rally in Washington, D.C.
And year after year, Duncan Hunter has tried to get legislation passed with the bill he authored, the personhood-at-conception bill that has over 100 co-sponsors, which would define personhood as moment of conception, so, it would allow us to have a reversal of the effects of Roe v. Wade without a constitutional amendment.
Sam Brownback is constantly a loud and frequent voice for preborn and disabled voiceless persons.
P.S. Alan Keyes is also great on the values issues, but I don’t think he’s really a serious candidate; I think he might just want a platform.

More popcorn!
Thanks. Will check them out.
Great stuff! I posted the Right to Life Act information on my blog for all to see. I have noticed that people come to my site when they search on this issue. I will make sure to include the link to any Brownback supporters I contact.
Dr. Richard Land might be a good religious right leader to call about Duncan Hunter. He has a show on religious radio ever Saturday afternoon, where he does the politcal stuff, and details of his show, and a number where you can call the show is here:

Although today, he might be at the Values Voters’ Summit.
Thank you, and here’s a few more issues where I’m sure Brownback and Hunter would agree:
Duncan Hunter is:
1) Pro-God: 100% rating from the Christian Coalition; fought hard for prayer in public schools; took on the ACLU and fought for the Mt. Soledad Cross to remain, and back in 1984 Hunter fought for a constitutional amendment allowing prayer in the schools, so students would be allowed to pray, just like Congress.
And “Hunters efforts didnt go unnoticed at the White House. A few hours after the talkathon ended, Hunter received a call from President Reagan, who is the most prominent advocate of the school prayer amendment. Reagan said he had received a number of calls from supporters of the amendment, saying they had seen the House proceedings on television.”

2) Strong 26-year pro-life commitment;
3) Pro-family: voted for traditional marriage between a man and a woman through HJ Res 88; 100% rating from the Concerned Women for America.
