I thought there are punishments when one member of the military gets another one pregnant.
What? Oh, right. It is called: CHILD SUPPORT! But, what if the two service members are married too each other, which there are a lot of those now days? No, there is NO article in the UCMJ that says that. There are a lot of single female service members who get pregnant, either by military or civilian personnel. They live with one or the other in some cases. If she gets pregnant, she does not get kicked out of the military. In days gone by, that was the rule, but long since changed. No longer. Females in the military can have a family just the same as a male can. And, they DO NOT have to be married. A single female can have 5 kids by 5 different men, and remain on active duty.
