Duncan Hunter is a strong Values Voter candidate, and here are a few great reasons why:
1) Pro-God: 100% rating from the Christian Coalition; fought hard for prayer in public schools; took on the ACLU and fought for the Mt. Soledad Cross to remain, and more!
2) Strong 26-year pro-life commitment: authored the personhood-at-conception bill; attended the pro-life march in D.C., and more!
3) Pro-family: voted for traditional marriage between a man and a woman through HJ Res 88; 100% rating from the Concerned Women for America, and more!
4) Border security: the only politican that was EFFECTIVE on building a fence at a strategic place on our borders (which made drug trafficking and crime go down tremendously in San Diego), and author of the bill to build an 854 mile fence which was signed into law;
5) Pro-2nd amendment: A+ NRA rating!

Take a good look at Duncan Hunter.
This early in the game, you can always support two candidates, and may the best man win!
We can email Dobson all day long but it's Duncan that needs to make contact with him either himself or through Robison. I do know that Dobson has a list of possibilities and Hunter could be on that list already. But a one on one with is background support of important causes i.e. abortion, marriage proving who he is...that's what will convince Dobson to support him....just like what convinced Dobson NOT to support Rudy or Fred.

lol, I guess we all have, even though political analysts say that people have just started to pay attention.
In Dec. of ‘03 Howard SCREEEEEEAM was 42% in the polls, and John Kerry was 12% in the polls.
The media is hoping that Dobson will bless one of these candidates in a personal endorsement kind of way. That way they can label that candidate as the lap dog of the religious right.
What the rest of the GOP and FR needs to understand is that we shouldn’t shoot any viable candidate, because they could end up being on the ticket in the VP slot. Will I go after Rudy? Yep, but he’s a liberal.

Which Duncan Hunter supporters will bet me $1000 (I’ll give odds) that he will be the GOP nominee?
I think he’s a wonderful man and I agree with his positions almost 100% but that means very little if he does not have what it takes to get elected. Positions alone mean SQUAT, otherwise there are about 20,000 Freeper’s who could be POTUS.

Personally, I’d rather have someone like Tony Perkins supporting Duncan Hunter, and guess what.

Excellent points! The moment any candidate is declared the “choice” of the “religious right” he will be destroyed by the media and no longer viable in any capacity. Once the nominations are secured, the media will no longer be able to do effect this image.
