It’s been an amazing few days to be a supporter of Ron Paul and freedom. Our successful events in the San Francisco Bay Area, along with your generous online donations, made yesterday far and away our most successful fundraising day in campaign history. On behalf of Dr. Paul and everyone in campaign headquarters – Thank You for keeping our momentum going!

LOL - you're just like CNN. That's so cute.

The post you reference of mine, that you took entirely out of context, was an attempt to smooth over a misunderstanding between two FReeper friends. I'm sure you're well aware of that and are just grasping at straws. Either that, or you're rather obtuse, but I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

And incidentally, I don't come to FR and make 50 to 100 posts a day.

I really don't care what you do or don't do. I don't aspire to be like you. You very likely have a lot more entertainment options than I do at present.

Ron Paul has support from all parts of the political spectrum, not just from the left.

ROFL! I'll just leave that one as is.

The blanket attempts to smear true conservatives as commies and code pinkos does not sit well with me.

We don't care. Last I looked, you are not the administrator or owner of this forum. And here's some more shocking news: It is not the objective of other people in this forum to please you or have things sit well with you.

If you don't like our calling attention to Paul's association with Truthers, Code Pink, MoveOn, etc. then don't come around here. You've got your Ron Paul forums where you can all worship together. We're all getting rather tired of you.

Hi dighton! Best to you as well. And you're right; these people are mostly just a bunch of rude surrender monkeys.

Kind of like the French. ;-)

Well said. Ron Paul and his supporters pollute this forum all the time with their prolific defeatism and despair. They can rail at those of us who debunk them and their cult and call us Run Paul bashers, but they cannot demand we stop doing exposing him on this forum and get their way without our replies. They’d be much happier in a totalitarian world where their “great leader” goes unmocked. Here Run Paul will be mocked, debunked, laughed at, ridiculed, and exposed. They can accept it, or they can go away.

Oh we poor pathetic souls are so blessed to have the all powerful and all knowing Paulinati dable with those of us who have strayed from their enlightened path. Just reading their posts to us mere mortals creates visions of addressing the Gods of Olympus themselves...

Horse Hockey...

Speak for yourself, I never get tired of the Paulinati. Every utterence is like the voice of Zeus himself bringing true enlightenment to our pathetic lives.

Plus they’re funny as hell...

You’ve been here two weeks and you’re calling us “trolls”. Cool it. Thank you; I was thinking the same thing. That newbie is going to have a short stay here on FR if he keeps this stuff up. Hey, newbie, a "troll" is not just somebody who doesn't agree with you. You'll find that a huge majority of FReepers do not support Ron Paul in any size, shape or form. While we know that most of you Paulenoids take pride in acting rude and condescending, we're all beginning to get a little tired of it.

I apologize for the name-calling. It's not an attractive behavior and, being a noob, you don't know where I'm coming from.

I appreciate your being big enough to apologize. People don't always agree here, but it doesn't have to get vitriolic.

Some RP supporters have alienated a lot of us by just being rude, condescending and obnoxious. Therefore, they have lost the privilege of our good manners or respect. We laugh at them now, hence the significant amount of joking around you see on these threads. Trust me, many of these people have earned the derision they receive. Plus, the arguments have been hashed, re-hashed and re-hashed out again since last spring, so we don't bother with all of that much anymore.

...and, being a noob, you don't know where I'm coming from.

True. And being a noob, you don't know where we're coming from, either.

Let's start over again, shall we? :)

I find it difficult at best not to resort to calling RP names that fit...ie crazed..scary...shudder evoking...
Even my teen son without my prodding by the way calls him Rue Paul for a couple reasons by his definition. After watching him in the Republican debates I had to wonder how he even got there. And those that dont like it ...well they need to examine their own agendas.
Keep the faith...and keep on going...

George McGovern was a WWII bomber pilot over Trieste and that did not sanitize his treasonous weasel ultraleft wing foreign policy on Vietnam and surrendermonkey cheerleading, did it? Being a flight surgeon in the Air Force doesn’t seem to have taught paleoPaulie anything either. Benedict Arnold was a great battlefield general in the Revolution until he went the way of McGovern and Dr. Demento and defected to the other side in time of war.

I love it when people who never served a day in the military (not directing this comment at you, lormand) start calling people who did cowards.

The next talking point from the bashers will be that Paul was only a "doctor" in the military, so therefore his service wasn't honorable as those who were in combat. Nevermind that he was an ENT for pilots, that he was specifically drafted for this role (and he didn't run to Canada or make excuses like Romney & Giuliani did) because there was a shortage, and his role was critical because pilots are at a higher risk of respiratory ailments than non-pilots. And he reached the rank of Captain.

Plus he served another 3 years in the Air National Guard, you know, the branch of service FReeper hypocrites rightfully defended Bush from the liberals on, but have no problem smearing Paul on serving in the ANG. I'll say one thing, the Paul threads have really exposed a lot of FReepers as a bunch of phonies hiding behind their keyboards.

Listen pal. Ron Paul still agrees with 90% of the FR mission statement and the GOP platform, so don't try to make this into a Giuliani situation where a bunch of folks are openly supporting a leftist. JimRob already told me that there wasn't going to be a purge of Paul supporters in that one thread (MoveOn supporting Paul, I think that's the one) that reached over 1,000 replies. Now you can disagree with part of his foreign policy but ALL of the candidates have a major flaw or two, yes, including the rock star of FR Fred Thompson. So if articles pertaining to socialist Giuliani or flip-flopping Romney, or nanny-stater Mike Huckabee or pro-reparations Alan Keyes can be posted here, then surely articles & responses will get posted on Dr. Paul.

WWTD: If you, as would paleoPaulie, would remove troops from actual warfare to be rent-a-cops on the border, then you are not to the right of anyone here who does not similarly support the paleosurrendermonkey and Al Qaeda apologist. You are defining yourself by supporting the little antiwar antiAmerican twerp. Don't complain when others note your political stance and Dr. Demento's.

In matters of foreign policy and war, paleo"conservatives" are just George McGovern or Ramsey Clark in faux GOP drag and are, therefore, political allies of Code Pink. International A.N.S.W.E.R., moveon.org. George Soros, etc. Conservatives did not choose your political allies. You did.

The United States is a greater institution and country by far than the "boyz clubb" up in the tree house.

I, for one, have never disparaged Paul's military background. I've never seen anyone else on here do so either, but I may have just missed it.

It is his current stance and the platforms he is using in his campaign that I disparage. He joins Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and others in wanting to pull out of Iraq while our forces are making huge strides and getting this thing under control.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I will NOT support a cut-and-run candidate. I don't care whether the cut-and-run reasons are different from some of the others, I vehemently disagree with anybody who would stop the momentum of this war to satisfy some bizarre agenda. I will not support anybody who would render all of the work our armed forces have done and all of the sacrifices that have been made futile and irrelevant.

We're in it, whether people like it or not. We need to finish it.
