In a political sense, yes, they're free to emit their moral pollution into the atmosphere. But do they have an absolute right to do this? No.

Politically they are free...and as God's children, with their free conscience and unalienable rights endowed by Him, they are also free to do so if they do not harm anyone else or impede others in their exercise of rights.

Having said that, it is also up to us as a society to determine what is and is not harmful to society as a whole.

Finally, they are however, also subject to the consequences...health-wise, emotionally, mentally, and, in my faith, in the life hereafter.
