Never said that... but it is an influential debate that will put him front and center to conservatives. It will be a lost chance to get his conservative principals across in a friendly forum.
Absolutely. I believe Fred has pretty much stated that from the get go.
The rest of the pact has been running forever. It's getting so a congresscritter spends his/her entire 2 year term campaigning for the next one.
There'll be debate fatigue long before the primaries - they've turned into little more than sophomoric dog and pony shows..
