Effexor has some of the worst side effect (brain-shivers, weight gain) of all of them...

Brain-shiver?

WTF is a brain-shiver?

And besides, doesn't one have to possess a brain for it to shiver in the first place?

“WTF is a brain-shiver?”

A couple of years ago The crap hit the fan so I started taking Celexa from a friend for a few months to see if it would take me out of my funk. Well the stuff didn’t do crap so I just stopped taking it cold turkey. Big mistake! I imagine what the DUmmie is talking about are these weird sensations like a slight electric current through your skull that comes like a wave then dissapears just as quick. Pretty scary stuff. One pill would make it go away for like a week then it would come back again. Took months to completely go away. I will NEVER take anything that alters my brain chemistry like that again, It was foolish in the first place.

Wow, my doctor wanted to put me on Cimbalta for “nerve pain” associated with a spinal fusion....
