I can already envision a long line of shyster occupied Lexus’ and BMW’s heading down I-55 to look for someone (anyone) willing to claim Psychological Damage, Mental anguish or some other quasi-real reason to sue, and thus win the litigation lottery.
Perhaps we should do the poor student a favor, and put out on ambulancechasingwasteofhumanfleshshyter.com that the student, school district, city, county, state and George W. Bush are not rich enough to be worthwhile lawsuit fodder.

American trial lawyers will sue everyone except the Chinese.
For whatever reason the Chinese can not be touched by U.S. lawyers (though China may not be involved in this incident in any way, of course).
