I’m sure it’s driving them crazy that I’m over here telling people how to do it. But I really don’t care, most of them never liked me anyway (I would never go along with their “50 million aborted babies isn’t really a big deal” attitude).

In any case, they’re pretty much a WAste.

I think they had every intention to leave well before that. I know MadIvan's tone changed radically just prior. I'd never ever had words with him before, but his obtuse comments about illegal immigration were incredibly patronizing, coming from a non-resident.
Then come to find out, here he was captain of the SS Anti-FReep.
Mutiny indeed.

To be fair, I missed a lot because I was out of town for several months.
So, I don't know what MadIvan had to say.
" SS Anti-FReep."
LOL!
That's cute. ;o)

Maybe next time...lol.
Hopefully, there won’t be a “next time”, though.

I never denied that there is a thread called Salt River...it is correct that one has to register for the site in order to go onto that thread. I fail to see the difference between joining a site to post or joining a site to view and post.
There are no guarantees with any site. A bunch of people were removed from this site over the years. Being a member of any site is a privilege, not a right.

I wouldn't be surprised if it happened to some degree with every election.

You have a very good point.
I remember FR during the 2000 election.
It was about like this one.
Hopefully, we’ll have the White House in 2008.
Maybe that will give us eight years of peace.

you take a huge leap from "viewing" to "commenting".
The fact that you have no idea what you're talking about, apparently is of no consequence.
"...they cannot hide their activity even though we can't see what they're doing." Like I was doing something wrong!!??

Maybe things have changed since I joined here.
But, I don't recall being screened before being allowed to join.
And, we don't have a room that is off limits to anyone who is not a member.
"I fail to see the difference between joining a site to post or joining a site to view and post."
Well, one has to be a member to post, and to go to Salt River.
I think there's a big difference.
"Being a member of any site is a privilege, not a right."
I totally agree with that statement.
Sometimes those privileges are revoked if one doesn't follow the rules, though.

LMAO! You're kidding right?
Why don't you go ask some of the WAcko moderators how many of us could join over there, using our FReeper names and suggest that being a conservative also means being pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, pro-second amendment and pro-border enforcement?
Actually, see if they would even let us join and say nothing. My guess is that they would tell you that we "have had your foot on our necks for too long."

I’m not voting for Fred Thompson, but I really welcome what he is doing. Anyone that can stop Rudy Giuliani from winning the republican primary is fine by me.

Thompson is now accepting campaign donations. He is a month away from announcing. What are the odds he will announce?
