"Can a Conservative Poet Survive Todays Liberal Hegemony?" --This thread was deleted from a prominent intellectual message board, so it must be a great conservative topic.
With the recent takeover of Congress by the Democrats, the firing of Donald Rumsfeld, and the problems that Judith Regan is having; is it possible for a Conservative poet to survive in todays Liberal-left world of poetry?

Conservative Poet
I don’t know but its mostly what I write too. Good luck and God speed with your every endeavor.
Thanks for the encouragement.
I looked up Professor Librescu. You are right he was a true hero. It is nice to know that there is another conservative writer out there. Sometimes it seems like I am the only one. We need to network more.
My wife and I are conservative writers as well. There should be some kind of literary conservative group for people who are writers but don’t drink kool-aid hemlock.
