No doubt there are some unscrupulous folks out there.
BUT...
If your livlihood and business depend on providing high quality supplements, then you are not gonna stay in business too long if you sell snakeoil.
And the FACT that yearly, there are TENS OF THOUSANDS of deaths from officially, FDA regulated prescription drugs AND LESS THAN TWENTY PER YEAR from supplements leads me to believe somebody is barking up the wrong tree.
And I firmly believe doctors and prescriptions treat symptoms after the fact, and the proper use of supplements can prevent the doctors from even getting involved in the first place.
For instance, I take magnesium supplements. There is WITHOUT QUESTION a deficiency in the average American of magnesium.
There is also WITHOUT QUESTION the fact that magnesium helps regulate blood pressure and heart function.
Anyone who makes blank statements that all supplements should be regulated is infringing on my RIGHT to make intelligent, informed decisions about my health and well being.
They are crossing the line. Big time. And also putting a fantastic, gullible faith in the medical community who are trying to make a profit!
