Michael J. Devlin was charged today by federal authorities with four counts of the production of child pornography and two counts of transporting a minor across state lines for illegal activity. U.S. Attorney Catherine Hanaway said that the transportation charges both involve the same minor, identified only by the initial "S," who allegedly was transported once into Illinois and once into Arizona. The child pornography charges, going from October 2002 to January 2007, involve still photography and video photography, Hanaway said. Advertisement Devlin already faces charges in St. Louis County, Franklin County and Washington County in the 2002 abduction of Shawn Hornbeck and the abduction in January of this year of Ben Ownby. Both boys were found in his Kirkwood apartment on Jan. 12 of this year.
