Judge Walton, at the end of yesterday's "festivities" culminating in the mental breakdown of the lead prosecutor, indicated that they would resume at 9:30 Eastern.
In anticipation of that, I am setting up this thread even though I don't as yet see any FDLers gathered in the court room.
Something...anything...IMPEACH, IMPEACH!
Damn .. sounds like they truly did drop the ball on this ... jeeze.
That is SO Stolen!
Yes...but, I don't think it is as dire as the MSM and the dems have tried to make it.
Having said that...I am very glad that the military hasn't wasted anytime getting this taken care of.
Thanks for the thread and ping
"Mental breakdown of the lead prosecutor"....LOL!
Did you make it Clint?
It doesn't have a name on it and I didn't claim it as my own. Mine have my name on them.
Just One Minute has a n article about Larry Johnson today....

Okay, I'm back. Sorry to disappear so quickly. Had to go in the courtroom while I had a chance.
For a while this morning, Wells and Jeffress appeared not to be speaking, but they appear to have kissed and made up while we were up there. When we came in from the break, Libby wasn't thereone of the associates had to go find the Defendant. Then Libby was writing notes all through jury instructions. Oh, and Barbara Comstock apparently went to get ashes for Ash Wednesday sometime between when she arrived this morning and the instructions.
Lots of jurors taking last looks at Libby before they started deliberating. And apparently the juror's conflict with the Baker Botts lawyer wasn't that big a conflictshe appears to remain on the jury. So the final total is 8 woman, 4 men (we gained one of the PhDs from the alternates), two African Americans. Now busy deciding Scooter Libby's fate.
Now we wait, with bated breath.
And wait.
A sure sign that they need a life
I'm betting a hung jury or aquittal.
Lol, that puts a whole new light on it!! It's a great one!
The IIPA might as well be called "Agge's Law" because it was written for him. But unlike "Megan's Law" Agee was a traitor whose BS resulted in the deaths of CIA personnel.
If they have a hung jury....I wish that AG Gonzalez would just tell Fitzy to leave it alone...the US is not going to spend millions for another trial.
VIPS put out a call before the Plame Affair encouraging intelligence folks to leak classified information detremental to the Bush administration. Then after Plame, they held court about how damaging leaks are to our intelligence community.
Both Ray McGovern and Larry Johnson hang out with the Revolutionary Communist Party cult front groups like World Can't Wait, Bush Commission and Not In Our Name
When you examine Johnson's resume you see that he wasn't in government service all that long. Even if he was brouught in at a high grade, he had to have had a meteoric rise to be as important as he claims.
Did you see Just One Minute
