This is my point. If he refuses by blowing [no reference to his use of snow]it off, it raises a flag. It if he does produce it then it can be verified as not altered, it can be used to confirm he is a citizen of the U.S. by his parents country of birth.

Asked him to produce his college records for the use of "blow" is also a good idea.
