No real reason to worry about the baby. Any money would be held in trust anyways. You can bet that Stern is "keeper of the trust" etc, etc. This whole scenario sounds like an "attorney's playbook" for a perfect crime.

Anna Nicole Smith: Once More, the Fairy Tale Turns Nightmare
Sunday, February 11, 2007

By Susan Estrich

LOS ANGELES — On Thursday, the world stopped for the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Harvard is electing its first woman president, and the country may be ready to do the same, but the woman of the hour was the one who, as the producer of her most recent film put it, “had the market cornered on the dumb blonde act.”

Why is there still such a vibrant market for “the dumb blonde act?”

“People will see that maybe I have a little talent and will take me serious as an actress,” she said, in explaining her decision to star on “The Anna Nicole Show” which began its two year life on E! Entertainment in 2002.

What people saw, and heard, was that she had difficulty getting out a sentence straight. But Anna Nicole wasn’t somebody to listen to, but to look at. Or leer at. In justifying the endless coverage, the news people kept referring to her climb from the bottom to the top, from teenage mother and waitress to television personality and multi-millionairess.

If Anna Nicole Smith represents the top, we need to teach our daughters to aim elsewhere. If her life was a fairy tale come true, then it tells you what’s wrong with fairy tales. They lie, and mislead. She made it to the top, if you call it that, by taking off hers. She never owned her own success. She was defined by who she married and the size of her breasts. She made many lawyers rich, by fighting for the rights of the golddigger, but she never really won the fight. She gained weight and lost weight, and turned it into her most famous role. She was defined by who she used, and who used her.

No one so far has talked about this, nor have I seen it on any of the websites I visit, as of yet. Has anyone on the blogs or TV talking heads shows looked into whether Anna Nichole Smith had a life insurance policy on her or on her newborn girl? If so, for how much, and who is the beneficiary? Everyone is talking about the potential money value of her kid via the possible Marshall inheritance, but what about insurance on Anna's life? Is Howard K. Stern the beneficiary on any life insurance policy, and if so, how big a one is it?

Also, as per Anna Nichole's mother, she does not want to raise the child. She has her own health problems and had a brain tumor in the not too far past. She is concerned about getting the kid out of Howard K. Stern's clutches. Anna drew away from Virgie when Howard came on the scene, and didn't like that Virgie warned her against drug usage. She should have listened to mama. Plus, it was Virgie who raised Anna's son for her for long periods (the recently dead son that also died of a drug overdose). So Virgie has lost both her grandson whom she was close to, and now her estranged daughter, both to drug usage.

And the common denominator in the two deaths was the presence of Howard K. Stern, who IMO, was the drug facilitator. Virgie is there (in the Bahamas) to try to see the child and make sure she's okay. Also, Virgie is a surrogate for, in my estimation, the real father, Larry Birkhead. Virgie is on Larry's side in this paternity case, and wants him to have the baby. She is down in the Bahama's to check on the wellbeing of the kid. Meanwhile, a trap is being set to try to get Larry Birkhead to file for the paternity test in the Bahamas, rather than in the U.S. I'm sure Howard Stern has already got the courts lined up to side with him in the paternity case, and the kid was initially placed in the care of the Prime Minister of the Bahamas' family, by Stern. So you know the case would be rigged in the Bahamas, against Larry Birkhead's paternity suit, were he to file it there, just as the courts were rigged against the Natalie Holloway death case in Aruba. These corrupt countries like our U.S. dollars, but despise our gov't and wouldn't mind in the least to stick it to our court system, plus I'm sure Stern has been bribing them financially, just as he did to get Nichole citizenship in just 3 weeks, totally contrary to the normal amount of time to gain citizenship in the Bahamas. Hope this gives some insight to those who have not been following this drama very closely.

Did you hear that ole Anna had Meth in her refrigerator?
Me thinks ole Howard has been a busy boy ... . I don't trust him. Daniel, now Ana dead with a BIG supply of meth on hand. This whole thing stinks.

Hopefully this won't drag out forever ... and more pertinent news can surface in the media. Till then we will be bombarded with this.
