Call it how you see it. I have no problem with that.

I think it is a knife in the back when he is willing to make it a statement of office by voting for a senate resolution. It makes me sad actually because I am a pretty ferocious prolifer and I have friends who really like Brownback.

Disloyalty is a serious thing...

Disloyalty to whom? Brownback owes Bush very little. His primary loyalty should be to his state and the voters whom he represents.

The presidency and the senate are co-equals. The senate is supposed to advise the president on these matters. We should be worried when separate branches of government are playing the game of the mutual admiration society.
