Welcome aboard, PINGEE #957.
We don't call them DUmmies for nothing.
I can't believe some of them are so ignorant as to think they take over right now.
This wasn't the DUFUnnies I was hoping to see this AM, but you know what? Entertaining as always.
I guess these tards don't remember the weeks leading up to the election where Dims were saying impeachment is off the table.
While I've been disappointed in President Bush ever since he returned that box of veto pens I sent, nothing will mobilize Republicans like an impeachment attempt.
I've considered an impeachment trial of Bush. It would leave the Democrats holding the colostomy bag for all the intelligence failures.
I think they know it; I think Pelosi knows it.
While I am disappointed in last night I am not down. I look forward to watching the Democrats implode. The Ultra leftists fight with the moderates. Two years of bitter and angry leftists who can't get over the 2000, 2004 elections, the Clinton impeachment and the Moderates who just want to get their bills passed are going to be fighting and fighting. It's going to be fun to watch and because of that we will win in 2008.
Hillary is not going to let it happen, either.
oh yeah people will love that.
When I went to bed last night I was actually worried about DUmmies FUnnies. Too tired I guess.
This morning on NPR I heard someone interview Murtha - who made it crystal clear that he is going to run against Nancy Pelosi - crystal. Then I realized that there would be much political amusement in the next two years.
I can see the DUmmies becoming angry with Pelosi in fairly short order. I can imagine the divisions that will appear among the various groups. What I can't figure out is what conspiracy theory will replace Diebold machines :-)
Thanks for the DUmmies FUnnies this am.
Mr. Skelton?...
These people are neo-Communists and very dangerous just like the Nazis. They're not that dangerous. For the most part, they talk about "taking it to the streets", but once they get up the basement stairs and outside onto the driveway, they see that bright thing in the sky and think its a Rovian Spy Satellite tracking them and retreat back down the stairs to regroup.
The few exceptions rarely make it past the random vandalism stage.

P-J, I was gratified to see this edition this morning, because it shows you are as upbeat as I am, about the future.
I frankly suggest any members of freerepublic who are still "down" after ten days, a couple of weeks--it's natural and human to be "down"--to just sit back, relax, enjoy the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and then after January 3, 2007, watch everything unfold in Congress as if a comedy show on television.
I am not God, but I can pretty much assure everybody that there's a lot of really good entertainment coming our way, as the Democrats, liberals, and DUmmies attempt to stay "united."
I feel good about the future; crummy about these losses, but overall, very good about a future that is going to be determined by Republicans and conservatives in 2008 while the Democrats, liberals, and DUmmies splinter apart these two years between now and then.
Sit back and enjoy the show, folks.
Brian Maloney of the Radio Equalizer wrote that this loss will make it EASIER for the Republicans will win both the Presidency and Congress back in '08 and I think he's right. Remember, this is only 2 years.
Thanks for a valiant try, PJ, but I just can't laugh this morning...even though my wife says she's going to kick my ass if I don't stop moping. Even when I thought they'd take the House for sure, I never thought it would be this bad.
The wife says this will help get a Republican elected in '08. Boy I hope so, and God, please let it not be John McCain.
Well, at least there's this...if they try impeachment, there will be a backlash from the voters. If they don't, they'll have a civil war and maybe the electorate will catch on to the inherent moonbatness of the Dems. Could be a win either way.
The most fun is when the Hillary Machine surges ahead in the quest for presidential nomination which the DUmmies will angrily oppose. As Brian Maloney of the Radio Equalizer said, this loss makes it EASIER for the Republicans to win both the White House and Capitol Hill in '08.
Great post!! I totally agree with you.
