Disagree on No. 3 - Vote YES. De Tocqueville was right and it doesn't take a bullet train to run you over to see it.
interesting to note that another guy in my unit just got his balot today..... probably not enough time to mail it in and get it counted by Tuesday.....
In no way am I suggesting any conspiricy.. I am just curious how many other soldiers are in the same situation....
While I am ideologically opposed to "free health care".. this issue is an opportunity to address the problem at the LOCAL level.. that is why I support it.... I would like to follow this issue closely to ensure that it does not turn into socialized medicine.... if managed correctly it would divert some of the "indigent" patients to clinics where the service can be provided at a much lower cost than ER care... I would like to see more details on the "accounting"... I think fees for service should still be assessed and if an individual has the ability to pay they should be required to do so.... FOR EXAMPLE: If a patient receives health care under this program and then wins the lottery they should be required to pay for the services they received when they were "indigent".... I don't know if this is in the plan or not... If it passess I intend to keep a close eye on its development...
I would like to know if any other FReepers have posted a voter guide
