I gave #3 a lot of consideration.. but in the end I decided that it is better for the voters to express their opinions on the issues that the legislature fails to act on....

I expected more debate on #3..... I would rather vote NO a hundred times on issues that are not constitutional matters than NOT have the opportunity to vote YES on something that really SHOULD be there... ie....
THE MARIAGE AMMENDMENT !!!..... I am not suggesting a consipiricy but if #3 passess it would make it much more difficult to get the Mariage Ammendment on the balot in 08'....
