August 15, 1947. Independence Day for India. Our state enjoys many blessings. One of those blessings is a strong and vibrant community of American citizens who are first and second generation Indians. To my good friends the Tiwaris, Guptas, Vahdwas, Pandeys, Barghavas, Bharwanis, Kumars, and so many more, I say "Happy Independence Day" from your friends in your adopted country. You're assuming here that he s doing enough against terrorism directed against India. He has actually done nothing at all in this regard. I dont think India nuking Pakistan depends on this idiot who already lost a war in Kashmir a few years ago. We're just being patient with Pakistan, but trust me our patience is not infinite.
Regardless of how poor a job Pakistan might be doing today regarding Kashmir,it's pretty obvious that if a 9th Century knuckledragging pal of Bin Laden takes over there,things could get very bad very,very quickly.
True but wouldn't it be better if the US pulled the carpet under Pakistan's feet (destroying Pakistan's nuclear capabilities) and then work to bring Bhutto and Nawaz Sharief back to power in a democratic election. That way, you have a cleaner set-up and no one will blame the US that it supports dictators.
