For the historical record
I believe "Green Helmet Guy" first was reported on the blog
EU Referendum on July 31, 2006 in a post called
Milking It
Rush Limbaugh brought this post to national attention.
Since then, Richard North of EU R, has done heroic work tracking GH's ubiquitous presence
including a recent hilarious picture in which GH is shown in disguise
(no green helmet)
standing beside the fatuous BBC reporter John Simpson, in Tyre.

I found another picture of Green Helmet Guy. The odd thing is though that the time stamp on this picture shows that this picture was taken 3 hours after the picture in post #116.

Hey Slings, I found the picture of the spastic dancer that goes around the web...but I couldn't tell you the original source. Maybe Martin knows more. But the spastic dancers should be photoshopped into the other photographs.
