Oh, I forgot to mention the Gong Show. I was just 3 or 4 when it was on. I loved the guy with the kettledrums and the guy who could belch entire sentences.

I was always impressed with the number of 'mini-games' they had on The Price Is Right. I wonder how many such games there have been, and how many are still in the current rotation?
I'm also curious how well the show 'flows' as it's actually taped. Is everything backstage handled in such a way as to avoid any delays for set changes and such?
